About Faded Timber Studio
Across the Midwest landscape, barns rise from the fields like quiet monuments.
They were built with purpose—constructed by farmers who needed strong shelter for livestock, grain, and equipment. Over time, those structures became something more. They became part of the story of the land and the families who worked it.
Storms pass. Generations move forward. Farms change hands. And eventually some barns disappear from the horizon.
But their story doesn’t have to disappear with them.
Faded Timber Studio was created to preserve that story.
Through carefully handcrafted sculptures, the studio transforms weathered agricultural structures into heirloom works of art. Every piece reflects the character of real barns and farm buildings—the faded paint, worn wood, leaning lines, and time-earned imperfections that tell a deeper story than a perfect model ever could.
Whenever possible, reclaimed barn wood is incorporated into the sculpture itself, allowing the material that once stood in the field to continue its life in a new form.
These sculptures are not simply representations of buildings. They are tributes to the land, the labor, and the generations who built their lives around them.
Each piece is individually crafted, signed, and created to last for generations—just like the barns that inspired them.
